Throughout his professional life, Mike has
volunteered much time and talent to others. This
volunteer service has been primarily been
focused on educational and youth activities of
children and young adults.
Mike and his wife, Laurie have four children
and take great pride in supporting their
interests and activities.
Mike's volunteer roles include...
- Baseball commissioner and coach for the
Cockeysville Maryland Rec. Council,
- Member of the board of trustees of
Ruxton Country School and Chairman of the
Development committee.
- Member of the Board of Visitors of The
University of Maryland at Baltimore County (UMBC).
He has also provided leadership in fund
raising activities for various elementary
schools for technology and playground equipment
acquisition.
